Shipping policy
Bozza use secure courier methods to ship all our parcels. Parcels are either delivered by DHL, Dawn Wing, Fastway, Courier Guy and Buffalo Logistics.
We handle your package for FREE within South Africa. Outside of South Africa, shipping rates will be determined. If outside of South Africa, please contact our support at support@bozzabeer.co.za. International shipping rates have been estimated and could change once an order has been placed. Duties and taxes for international shipping will be for the buyer/client's account and has not been included in the estimated shipping rate.
Shipping Time:
The time for your purchased item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.
Shipping will on average take between 3 and 7 business days for orders within South Africa. It is important to note that delays are possible and unfortunately we are not in control of that. All products are delivered directly to your address provided. There are no additional costs involved upon the payment you made to us.
Ordering Process:
You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another email after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel.
Processing time:
The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks and packing for shipment. Please allow 2 - 3 working days for order processing, depending on the product ordered and chosen payment method. Upon dispatch you will receive a tracking number by email.
